Geocache Description:

Gather at North Park's "Flagstaff Hill" grove for an evening of spooky fun!

The ghouls and goblins at Pittsburgh Area Geocachers Association invite you to join them for a Halloween celebration at North Park.

TIME: The haunting starts at 5:30 PM on Friday, October 24th.

PLACE: When you see the cemetery you are headed to the right place. We're just down the parking lot at "Flagstaff Hill."

FOOD: Dead men's fingers will be served. (Hot dogs, both regular and chicken for people like Yavanna) We ask that you bring a concoction of your own if possible, and that you let us know what you're bringing on the log page.

ACTIVITIES: There are plenty of North Park caches for those who want to find them. A costume contest will be held for adults and children. Bobbing for apples and "prick the witch" are planned games. Temporary caches with a Halloween theme have been placed and a night cache is in the works!!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CAME AND ENJOYED THE EVENT!! IT WAS GREAT TO SEE SUCH A LARGE GATHERING OF CACHERS! Only cachers would not complain about the toilets being locked, the chilly temperature, and running around in the rain.
