A nice walk over the moors for approx 2 mile.
Park car in layby, grid ref SO.16450/BNG.15653 follow path past the derelict grenade range on the left. Upto the ruins of grouse butts/pile of stones. keep walking to the right hand side of the small pond in the distance
These moors should not be walked in poor weather.
