Simple but a little different. Not my typical "Guard" cache. BRING WRITING INSTRUMENT! Log and room for more! USE STEALTH!

New housing track that is surprisingly still being built in the area. Construction workers everywhere. MUST USE STEALTH. This will soon be the location for a Multi-Cache but for now this will have to suffice....
