moderatly steep up hill hike with no bush whacking required.
Thanks to a new development, this is now officialy a park-and-grab instead of a lung stretching jeep trail. If you chose to drive, the road surface is good, 2-wheel drive in dry weather but not intended for a lot of traffic, and the grade runs around 15%.
observe the 10MPH speed limit, and if you go to the top, there is private land past the bomb-proof gate. OK to hike or bike the private land but park at the turn-out 150 yards below the gate.
