Sometimes this facility is used for equestrian events, so come back another day if this is the case when you visit.
This cache is intended to be a challenge, I certainly hope it is not a quick park and go.
It is in plain sight and does not require digging etc, however the cache container itself cannot be seen from where you are standing.
