JimandLinda: Decided to pull this one, after seeing the "Leave No Trace" signs on the trail. Quite a geotrail to this beacon that has fallen over since it's placement. Thanks to the 66 cachers that enjoyed looking for this multi in Hobbs Woods.

Geocache Description:

Hobbs Woods is a 60 acre park devoted to walking trails and nature study. Parsons Creek carves a ravine through the park and harbors naturally reproducing Brook Trout. It is quite popular for hiking and x-country skiing. The trails total 3 miles in length.

The coordinates will take you to a sign adjacent to the parking area, titled "Improving Our Waters", mainly the Fond du Lac River/ Winnebago West watershed. You will need to find the 6 digit number of acres in the watershed to finish these coordinates:

N43.41.ABC W88.28.XYZ

Add 373 to the first 3 digits in the # of acres to get ABC.
Add 108 to the last 3 digits to get XYZ.

The coordinates will take you to the south side of Hobbs Woods, to an ammo box.

Muggle count can be high on the weekends so exercise caution while searching and rehiding these caches. This is also a good area for 4 legged critters,too!

UPDATE: 6-9-10 Changed to a 2 part multi. The middle WP seemed to disappear quite often.
