On a breezy day if the wind is headed the wrong way... Puhyuwhee...
Easy to find. For the muggles driving by, I just pretended I was talking on my cell phone with my GPS by holding it up to my ear. Worked just fine to appease their curiosity... This cache was muggled once so I have changed the location slightly. The coords will still get you right on. I also changed the container, so it is now smaller. Please watch for the local muggle and make sure you aren't being watched.
