Geocache Description:

Doesn't get easier than this!Cache near beautiful view in state park.See park details on web page above.Park closes at dusk. Wheelchairs won't work on this one. ***** PLEASE NOTE***** - Parking near the cache is often chained off in winter. I don't know what dictates when it is open. You may have to park further away.

DNR approved.
Parking coordinates:

N 39 28.197
W 077 29.683

See encoded notes below if necessary but try to do this without them as it is really easy. Please trade items of equal or greater value. Cache is in a very accessible park and if you don't trade fairly, it will empty fast.
Imagine you have wings and can fly as you enjoy the LOVELY view from the parking lot viewpoint.(dont' be in too much of a rush to get to the cache - enjoy the view!) Then keep a watch out for whitetail deer as you stroll to the cache. As I was marking the waypoint for this cache, I looked up and one was looking right at me and, I dare say, "approving" my choice of location. You are more than likely to see deer around this area.
Lovely Gambrill state park has a 3 very nice views over surrounding valleys. Park at North Frederick overlook, about 1/10th mile from cache. You don't have to pay to park here but there is an admission charge to get to areas with other overlooks (well worth it) .YOU MUST PLEASE REPLACE ROCKS THAT ARE HIDING CACHE AS THIS IS A VERY HIGH MUGGLE AREA AND CACHE, WHILE WELL HIDDEN IF ROCKS ARE IN PLACE, IS IN FULL VIEW IF NOT. The fun of this cache is the view at the parking area and also having to be somewhat sneaky in getting it given the open area in which it is located!
Friendly disclaimer:By searching for my cache, you are assuming all responsiblitly for your actions.Park is home to the usual hazards of the outdoors including spiders, in this case 2 species of poisonous snakes, poison ivy, rocks slippery when wet, loose when dry, etc.
This area is also in need of some CITO - while the actual cache location is fine, the overlook and nearby areas, while being basically fine, still have some trash here and there. Bring a bag and take some with you !

CONGRATULATIONS TO REBRON ON FTF!!
