The rapid pace of development of the United Arab Emirates leaves
behind many relics of years gone by. When zooming over the many
highways one tends to overlook the much more tortuous roads that
connected the cities of the UAE just a few decades ago. One such
relic is the Bridge to Nowhere; a beuatifully preserved bridge,
situated in the pass through the Hajar mountains created by wadi
Ham, near the village of al Bithnah in the Emirate of Fujairah.
The cache is a small magnetic container stuck onto one of the
metal struts of the bridge. It contains a logbook and pencil and
can just contain a microcoin or two.
