Geocache Description:

The Yatsu Higata is a tidel flat in the Tokyo Bay with a dimension 40 hectare (1,000 acres).

A great number of creatures are inhabiting here.
In 1994, one hundred kinds of wild bird were verified at the Yatsu Higata, of which 60 kinds were water birds.

The periphery of Yatsu Higata is a park for wild life observation which extends 3.5 kilometers surrounded by a promenade. You can enjoy bird-watching throughout the year. (visit link)

ここには、たくさんの生き物たちが生息しています。
1994年（平成6年）の一年間に谷津干潟で確認された野鳥の種類は約100種で、このうち水辺の鳥としては約60種です。

干潟周辺は自然生態観察公園として観察路などが整備され、周囲に約3.5kmの観察コースがあります。谷津干潟自然観察センターでは、指導員による観察の案内も行っています。 (visit link)
