Geocache Description:

Located at DNR Fish Refuge Area near Bruce.

This cache was placed at a DNR Fish Refuge Area off Hwy 8 near Bruce. No fishing is allowed. The driveway is fairly hidden and slightly overgrown. The path should take you quite close with no bushwacking. We have enjoyed coming to this location in the spring to watched the sturgeon spawn. It is an awesome sight. It is closely monitored by the local DNR and you only have one or two days to see it. Walk to the west to look over the hill at the river. This cache is an ammo can now full of lots of goodies. This is Tyler's first cache hide. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Rusk County DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
