This cache is located on a Forward Operating Base in Paktika Province of Afghanistan during Combined Joint Task Force Phoenix 2008
This is a small cache located on a small Forward Operating Base in Paktika Province, Afghanistan and is restricted to coalition forces, DOD civilians and government contractors. Placed during Embedded Transition Team training of Afghan Kandaks and my first for Afghanistan.
