Geocache Description:

Part of my Wallowa County Cemeteries collection of caches.

This cemetery gives you some great views of the Lostine Valley (to the south).

This cache was originally called 'Resting Beside the Waters.'

6/5/09: A new placement for this cache - hence a new name. Originally it was near the irrigation pond. Problem: The method they use for weed control around the pond is fire - not a good thing for caches! So, in the hope of avoiding the problem of fire I moved this cache to a new spot!

The new placement will take you very near the cemetery - but it's not in the cemetery. It's a common place in which we find caches. You'll still be visiting a beautiful spot in our county.
