Grasshoppers&Ant: Yeah, it's time. I thought it was older than 5 years, but still a good run (it grew as it went?). The original bike-mount pipe was amazingly smashed by some other kind of marauders and somebody probably tossed this one over the fence. There never was a need to get poked by the chamisa or even dig in it. The 'tool' was a piece of wire that made it easier to push the log out.
Corner with great parking is now open, as is a cemetery for some "spirit quest" series. Too good a place for a micro-in-the-log, members only. Funny how this seems to have become more of a "Premium Members Only" town since we left. Not sure what to think of that...
