"One winter evening, while I was traveling past a few lovely ponds, I lost my way in the growing darkness of the nearby forest. Winding my way up a small creek, I was captured and imprisoned by giants for many sad and lonely years. Until one day, some visitors came to see me, dropping off a small treasure. Now more wonderful visitors will come to find my treasure."
(NEW) We all knew Redwood Beetle couldn't live forever, fortunately there's an offspring that has stayed nearby. This one is a UNIQUE cache container, we hope it will make you smile Inside cache container is a log and a small double ended pencil to sign.
Head to the end of the far west pond almost touches the river. There are a few small trails leading into the cache area, so no bush whacking required, really. Look carefully and you will see the small trail at the end of the lake, or the one that cuts in from the south side trail (there are 2 different entrances off the main trail). This cache is in River Front Regional Park, it costs $7 to get in, unless you have the Sonoma County park pass.
GPS coords may be off due to tree cover. Time to try out those geo-senses!!
PLEASE RETURN CACHE TO IT'S DESIGNATED HIDING SPOT
