The cache is located near the “Cheile Butii”-mountain shelter in the Retezat Mountains. There is a parking area near the mountain shelter, situated at 900m altitude. The path to the cache is almost flat at the beginning, until you rich a little dam, but the last part of the hike is quite steep, on the path to the right from the dam, to an altitude of 940m.
