This cache is near Dieppe's new aquatic center. A lot of
controversy surrounds this center due to the $13-14 million price
tag.
It escalated to a boiling point during the 2008 municipal
election where it became a major election issue.
The cache contains the log sheet and a Travel Bug to start.
