This time she has hidden the puppies throughout San Diego County. From Rainbow to San Ysidro... From Point Loma to the Salton Sea...
We NEED your help in finding them and bringing them back home before Christmas. Pongo and Perdi have offered a HUGE bounty to the first to find all of the little puppies. PLEASE help us find them!!!

Pongo has been kidnapped! Through the Twilight Bark, Pongo received word the location of three of the puppies. After a daring adventure, Pongo was able to rescue Checkers, Misses, and Nugget from the clutches of Horace and Jasper! The puppies were able to escape, but Pongo was captured!! Oh NO!
Checkers, Misses, and Nugget are the only ones who know were Pongo is being held at. Being only puppies, have a hard time remembering exactly where Pongo is at. But each remembered part of the location. So they decided to put the word, sorry, bark out over the Twilight Bark. If you can decipher what they are saying you can help locate Pongo. Remember, One woof is as good as Five barks.
The recommended route is to start withCheckers, Misses, then Nugget and they will be able to help you rescue Pongo! Hurry, time is of the essence. Cruella has been eyeing Pongo's fur coat! Through the Twilight Bark here is what Checkers, Misses, and Nugget have been able to send so far: Translated - "N32 59. W117 08." You must find the rest. Note: clues will be listed in order 1,2,3. Put the clues together in order to get two sets of the three numbers needed for N and W. After that you can solve where Pongo is hidden.
June 7, 2020 update: Since construction in the area some years ago, the puppies were lost. But no worries, here they are now:

(hint: remember 1 woof is worth 5 barks)

(hint: Split this one between N and W numbers)
