Another ditch. Another cache. Turn east on Dietz Pl ( that's the road behind the Flying Star) and turn north onto the ditch road sw of the cache (and s of "bridged again"). .It's easily drivable up to the gate; after that you need the exercise.
It may look like you can park about 100 ft from the cache but there are no parking signs all over that paved street so use the wide ditch road.. You are looking for a 4"x 6" lock n lock. There were barking dogs in the area but they seemed to be on the other side. I don't know what's in the tank but there's room for a lot of it.
