Geocache Description:

Fairly easy cache in a nice little country town.
You will have to make a short diversion off the Olympic Way and go through the heart of Henty. While in the area try the Henty Man.

This cache is in a nice little picnic area which leads onto a great area to explore and great for a nice walk on a good weathered day.The cache is a green lunch box.

The Government dams were dug out in order to provide water
for the old steam trains that had to stop every 10 miles.

If you do decide to go and explore outside the picnic area take the gate in the south east corner and turn right on the mowed trail and you might come accross th supports of the train line over the southern dam.

THIS IS NOT STABLE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK ACCROSS IT!
