Having driven by this countless times on my way to work, I was surprised to see this little park nestled in behind some houses. While the equipment isn't as maintained, I've seen people using it since I first noticed this a few days ago. Take a walk around to see the park, then plug in the above coordinates and start looking for The Key to Belvidere Park. Just watch out for the occasional muggle.
There is a small parking lot off of Fuller Ave. No need to park along the road on 147th. Terrain is 1.5 because I'm not sure that the cache itself is wheelchair accessible, but the park is (if the hill at Fuller is a turn away, 147th has a level entrance). Let me know if you feel otherwise.
