Another in the Druids “Over” series.
Perusing the Orange County Thomas Guide, we noticed that Doves have had numerous streets named in their honor!! This cache is placed on Dove Street in the Newport Beach office complex near the airport that also honors greatness in John Wayne!! There are 27 different listings in the index for streets honoring Doves!! These listings include Dove Circle, Dove Court, Dove Lane, Dove Place, Dove Street, Dove Canyon, Dove Cote Lane, Dove Creek, Dove Crest, Dove Flats Road and Dovekie Circle, Dovetail, Dove Tree and Dovewood!! We investigated whether there might be a street honoring Piranhas – but, alas, no Piranha Places!! Should Piranhas want to change their identity to another fish in order to be street honored, they could try Tuna or maybe Flounder!! The Druid Doves feel particularly honored as there is a street (Druid Lane) named in their honor in West Orange County!!
Piranhas should try to overcome any sadness in not being honored and, in fact, Doves will be honored if Piranhas seek and find this cache, even including the normal FTF effort!!
Parking is available in adjacent lot but could be limited at times. Best time to look for this cache is weekends. Log only, bring your own writing instrument. Please, no stickers and no trade items. Sacagawea dollar for FTF is wrapped in a Dove foil wrapper.
