Geocache Description:

Sometimes getting there is half the fun. This is definitely one of those times. What about the other half you ask? Well, that is the way back of course.

The cache is a small decon container (a SuperGoober special) located approximately 40-50’ off the Hoover Nature Trail in rural Cedar County. The cache has room for small trackable and tradeable items.

Although the cache is accessible via a pleasant walk from Cedar Johnson Road or 280th Street, the Lego Crew encourages cachers to bring along their bikes and enjoy riding the length of the trail. A peaceful out-and-back ride from the West Branch trailhead to the Oasis trailhead is just a little over 7.0 miles roundtrip.

The terrain approaching this one may provide a significant challenge at certain times of the year. Some might even think this one is slightly evil. This cache is not family friendly. Be careful and keep a close eye on your footing. Hunt this cache at your own risk, but most importantly, have fun!
