Geocache Description:

Micro in a public park

GeoRedheads have been caching for almost 6 months. We're up to 150 finds with most of them in the Alamo, Danville, San Ramon area. Caching has taken us to all sorts of brand new places that are literally "just around the corner". Parks, open spaces, trails, bridges, deer paths, you name it - we've now been there!

For some reason there aren't any caches in one of the biggest and most popular parks in Danville. So we had to fix that!

When our kids were really little this was known simply as "train park" (obvious reasons). Then they started playing soccer and little league here. Today, our oldest played in his first soccer tournament and his team took third place. In between games we found the perfect place for a cache. Afer the award ceremony we made the hide.

So... come see our favorite park! Playground, soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis courts, picnic tables, rose gardens and exercise trails - it has it all. But be careful of muggles. No, we don't know Ruthie - but she sounds like one of a kind.

Sorry about the corny title - we couldn't resist
