High Point
This spot marks the highpoint of the Western portion of the San
Marcos Foothills Preserve. Enjoy the view from here while you can.
The 200 acre preserve was created in a deal with developers to
build several large homes on a portion of this 377 acre tract.
Eventually the view of Santa Barbara where you stand will be
blocked by several large homes. The area to the East will largely
remain undeveloped.
