In international surveys, the U.S. is being ranked lower and
lower in terms of the basic mathematical skills of its citizens. In
the spirit of "Think globally, act locally", I have decided to do
something about this by establishing a series of puzzle caches that
require basic mathematical skills to find.
The co-ordinates of the cache are N35 53+x, W078 52+y. Use the
following equations to find the values of x and y:
