Unkle Fester: Once someone starts complaining, there is never any way to make them happy, whether this is a real problem or a percieved on. I will not get into an argument about easement space, who owns that space, etcetera. Having been in construction management for a long, long time, I understand there is a huge disconnect between what the laws say and what homeowners think.
I will leave it at that.
So to respect the neighboring resident, I am archiving this cache... bummer too. it turned out to be one of my favorite hides.
