This is Spice Trail Number #2 in the series.
The published co-ordinates are for the location of the puzzle information, the cache is not at these co-ordinates, however you can find all the information needed to find the cache at this location.
To find the cache location you will need to solve the following puzzle:
N51 07.0(A+5)
E000 4B.9(10-C)7
A=The first full phone number added up.
B=Total number of doors that face the car park. (all types)
C=Number of signs on building facing car park.
