You are invited to a Christmas Dinner on Cannock Chase, on Saturday 6 December 2008. It will take place at The Bank House at Hixon, near Stafford. This is a change form the last 2 years, as the previous location is closed at the moment. I suggest that we meet from 12-00, giving time for a few local caches first, and the meal is booked for 1-15. There is a bar, which usually has 3 real ales, where you can join us if you are not eating. Santa has confirmed that he intends to come.
This year you will need to choose, and pay for, your starter and main course in advance with desserts and coffee being ordered and paid for on the day. The menu is itemised, with a starter and main course being between £11 and £13 (approx). Childrens portions are available at half price.
Once you log your intention of attending, I will send you a copy of the full priced menu and details of how to send me the money.
You are requested to bring a wrapped geocaching related gift (approx value £5) for the Secret Santa. One gift is needed for each person.
