Really big Sign
Looking west there's a big sign that names the cache.
The cache is a cammo'd pill bottle. It may be hard to find 'cause it blends well but the hint will help ease frustration.
When placed there were a few muggles in the distance but most other times it should be pretty active. You'll need to be stealthy - or try when the place is closed as I did.
I saw nothing myself but pay attention to the rounds made by the Security patrol. They're not geounderstanding....
