Cache is located in Lincoln Township Park which is a nice mix of wooded trails, wetlands and a sandy beach on Lake Michigan.
Difficulty has been raised slightly because the beach level has dropped a couple of feet & it doesn't look like it will go up anytime soon!
This is our favorite place to beach comb for crinoids (indian beads), beach glass and the occasional petoskey stone!
Bring your family and your camera...this is a really nice park!
The container is a small camoed lock and lock with room for small trade items and travel bugs. This is the first cache I've ever hidden and feedback would be greatly appreciated !
Note for winter: difficulty will increase due to park gate being closed during winter months which means at least 1/2 mile walk to shore. The park remains open but the road will be closed.
