Geocache Description:

Located at the end of a 1/10 mile trail from the Clarion River Lodge. Altitude: 1275' The trail is not difficult and one should stay on the trail.

This cache is a standard .30 cal. ammo can located on the property of the Clarion River Lodge and Restaurant. Permission was obtained from owner and Innkeeper, Ellen O'Day.
Park in the lower lot, and follow the signs to the "scenic lookout". There is a wooden platform with bench seat at the end of the trail (about 1/10 mile). Visitors should stay on the trail - you do not need to leave the trail, and the bank can be steep in places.
The view from the platform is very nice.
