Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the Blawenburg Reformed Church Cemetery on the west side of County Rt. 601 just north of Rt. 518 in Blawenburg, NJ. This is a multistage microcache.

This is another in a series of caches launched around Halloween in 2008. This is a two-stage micro-cache. Please bring a pencil to record your find. Please be respectful of the graves at this site. You do not need to touch any gravestones to complete this cache.

Enjoy your visit to the Blawenburg Reformed Church Cemetery. The cemetery was first used circa 1805 as a burial ground for this farm community. The Blawenburg Reformed Church was built in 1830 and organized in 1832 as a mission of the Dutch Reformed Church in Harlingen. This supported the growing population in the Blawenburg area who wished not to travel the 3 or 4 miles to Harlingen to worship.
