Long drive into the mountains and a little hike to the Regular
cache.
Read the Trail Head signs before starting your hike.
Contratulations to Snake & Rooster for the FTF.
Getting to the cache will take you to a parking area at the
beginning
of the trail head for the hiking loop to Fisherman's Camp. This
area looks
like there's just dried brush but the trail takes you in and down
to a wooded
area you'd never expect to find here. It's a nice area to hike
through.
The stream is not babbling as often as it used to but you might
pick the
right day to be here. The tall oaks and the nice hike will be a joy
no matter
what season you are here.
The trail can take you thru to some other caches on the way back
to
the Main Divide road. At that end, you'll find
Fisherman's Camp Trailhead and
The Big Catch (CNF #15) caches.
If you take the entire trail through, you might consider planting
another
cache along the trail to convince more people to take the
loop.
