This cache is placed in one of Windom's larger parks. Parking is very close. The parking area can be very busy at times. Muggles are everywhere, all the time. That factor determines the rating.
The container is a camouflage covered mini-jar containing a logbook but no pencil. (Congratulations to "Clubmud1" for the FTF.) Please bring your own pencil. The readings were a bit erratic so you may have to use a bit of geo-sense to find this one. Please take care to replace the camo so the container isn't too visible. If it is too easy to spot, I'm sure it will disappear.
Take time to enjoy the facilities, but don't arrive late. The park is closed 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM.
