Two statues far apart Mystery Cache

Can you recognize the two statues in the Gallery? In order to decode the final location you will have to locate the two statues attached to this cache description. Each statue is located in a provincial capital and is of a well-known historical figure.

Due to excess activity at the calculated GZ, I have had to move the cache. The puzzle has not changed. HOWEVER, from the solved coords, you will need to project 76m at 267 degrees true to find the cache.

Step 1:
Find the coordinates for both statues. I will give you a portion of the coordinates so that there is no approximation in the following steps.

Find the distance between the two statues. Using the Vincenty formula you should get a kilometer answer in the form of : XXXX.YYY
Your answer here is simply the XXXX portion of the distance, name this A.

Step 3:
Find the digital root of the historical figure represented on each statue. Only use their last name.
B = Digital root of last name, statue #1.
C = Digital root of last name, statue #2.

Step 4: Calculations
Divide A with B, round up the answer and add to the posted North coordinates.
Divide A with C, round down the answer and add to the posted West coordinates.
