Cache coordinates are to the Clay County court house and town square. Coordinates should lead you near the one and only monument at the court house.
Coordinates to Stage Two:

W 85 Y.Z04
Y = Sum of the four digits found at the bottom of the monument plus the third digit plus one. Example (A+B+C+D)+C+1=Y
Z = The second digit of the year engraved into the old building to the southwest corner of the square
Stage two of this three stage cache is a clear preform container. This container will give you the coordinates to the third and final stage which is within walking distance. No need to try andd open the preform, it's is glued shut so it can never get wet. The final stage is a lock-n-lock container with room for trade items.
