Geocache Description:

Even though the name of this slough isn't posted, as long as we remember it was called Buttermilk Slough.

Every spring the geese and ducks return to this slough. They stand out on the ice waiting for the warm air to return, and sure enough it does and the ice melts. It seems like in no time the goslings and duckling make their appearance. This is my favorite time. As summer passes they grow and soon look just like their parents. Then the cool air returns and just like in the spring they stand out on the ice, soon they will be leaving to chase that warm air south!! So we hope you enjoy the cache and what ever season you find it in!! You are looking for a camoed lnl.
