Geocache Description:

Rock-n-Roll will take you to a lovely cascade just below Twin Falls.

The Twin Falls Circuit at Springbrook NP is one of our favourite short walks in the area. It's a 4km round trip and it's got a bit of everything: views, waterfalls, rocks, caves, rainforest, bushland, wildlife etc.

The location of Rock-n-Roll was changed on 14/6/09. The original location was some way further down the watercourse but it was just too dangerous to get to when there was any sort of rainfall and prone to being washed away. So we decided to make it a little easier and it's new home is no longer dependent on water levels.

Getting good coordinates down here is difficult. So don't rely too heavily on your GPSr. We have given you more help than normal to help you find the cache if your GPSr gives up.

It's not too far off the main Twin Falls path. From the bottom of Twin Falls continue down the watercourse on the narrow path on the right hand side as you descend. You'll soon come to a small cascade where you'll see a huge boulder perched on the right bank with another smaller boulder making a natural arch or tunnel. GZ is near!

The cache sued to be larger but kept going missing so it is now a small, round PVC container and, in keeping with park authorities guidelines, does not require you to leave the trail to find it.
