This multi-cache is located on SGL283 between Clarion and Cooks Forest. Please park at the upper state game lands parking lot at N41*18.007' W079*16.956
On 8/16/15, I changed this cache to a 2 stage multi-cache. The total walking distance to the cache is a little over a mile. I gave it a 3 1/2 difficulty because of the length of the hike. The terrain is very level and easy. You will be walking on an old logging road and then a bike/horse trail. This would be an excellent cache for a mountain bike.
I put this cache at a deer stand that my mother used when my brother and I were young. Even before we were old enough to hunt, we went along and stayed with my mother in her hunting stand which was located here. Most of it has decomposed now. My mother used to joke about it being her playpen. I still hunt in this area to this day.
I thought that this was a good place for a cache because the hike in to this spot is really nice.
Since this cache is placed on state game lands, please remember to wear orange during hunting season.
