Congratulations to Scuba on his 1000th find, he figured out the last of the clues and logged this milestone find on 4/23/09 at Toledo Clues!!!

Congratulations to Handyman & Fam for tracking down all the clues and logging Toledo Clues as blue squiggly #100!!!

More than a dozen geocachers have followed the clues successfully but nobody has broken the code.
