Geocache Description:

Accessible all year if ground is dry or even frozen. A very good gravel road.

Take the Hatton Road and go West until you go OVER the 1-15 freeway. Continue on West 1/2 mile. The road then turns North. You are very close.

The farmland to the West of this road was called "The Jew Farm" It was owned by a Jewish family that lived in SLC but my Grandfather rented it for three years. My Mother lived on this farm in the summer and early spring and fall. This would have been in the early 1930's. Mother was in school at this time. She would ride her horse to Hatton, catch a school bus and go to Kanosh for school. She is now 90 years old (The oldest living person in Kanosh) She has many fond memories of this farm which at that time had a three room home, a barn, a cistern for water, many trees. Today the farm is one giant alfalfa field with a water pivot line owned by Sorenson's.
