Geocache Description:

30 to 50' from path. Maybe light overgrowth in summer, but not now. Path has some elevation change, but pushing stroller should be no problem.

This is near the end of paved trail that is near Hinkle Creek. I've always wondered why this spur of the trail was built. Geocaching.com has an older aerial photo that makes it appear that the bridge was originally going to be here. Mapquest has a much more recent photo.

Parts of the area appear to have been saved for flood control. When SR19 goes under water (normally once in the spring) there is typically water here as well. The cache should be on high enough ground.

As I arrived at the end of the path to place the cache, a black cat was sitting on a fallen tree nearby. He had watched my approach up the trail and kept an eye on me as I placed the cache. He said no hints will be required.

There is no parking at the cache location. Several of the neighborhoods north of hwy 38 are connected to this path system. It also heads towards Morse Park. Here are three close(ish) places where the trail meets a city street:
40 3.555' N 86 2.138' W Lakeview Dr.
40 3.893' N 86 2.532' W Braxton Dr.
40 3.580' N 86 2.793' W Whitcomb Pl.
