A somewhat-difficult cache in a nice place in Montoursville.
This is called the trash cache, which does not mean you can go against CITO (Cache-in, Trash-out). The coords were taken with 15-foot accuracy, so you won't have to really look that hard if your receiver is accurate. Happy caching!
