Geocache Description:

This journey takes you to a cache celebrating our fellow cacher, DWKittler. It was placed during a commemorative event, "A Walk of Celebration at Penwood" by a group of Dave's friends. He lived close to Penwood Park; it was one of his most favorite places to hike and reflect. Dave never felt comfortable placing a cache as he knew he'd not be able to maintain it properly. Judging by the turnout, maintaining this cache will never be an issue.

Cedar Ridge Overlook is one of two spectacular rock outcroppings in the park providing a panoramic view of Simsbury, Avon and Hartford. As always, enjoy the adventure!
