This is "almost" a grab-n-go cache in a completed part of the phase II strip mall building process. It replaces the second "Not Another Strip Mall!" cache, which was archived.
You are looking for a camouflaged pill bottle, which is slightly larger than a 35mm film container. There may be room for VERY small trade items but not much more.
The difficulty rating is for the potential muggle presence. Since this is right next to Rt17, please try to retrieve this while the cars are moving. They seem to stare waaaaay too much when stopped at the light.
