Dear Geocacher.
It gives me great pleasure to present to you the opportunity of a lifetime. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mr. Charlie Noromu of the Nigerian National Geocaching Association. My Association wishes to bring the Geocaching to Nigeria but our Government does not allow such activities. We have a large fund of smilies deposited in the Nigerian National Bank in accounts set up to promote Geocaching, but the Government will not allow us to access those funds. I have the privilege to request your assistance to free these smilies and distribute them to my countrymen so they too can enjoy the game.
The accounts currently hold a total sum of 82,500 (eighty-two thousand, five hundred) smilies that were left to our Association by a petrol company owner who died in a plane crash. In order to free these smilies for Geocaching purposes we need to move them into an international geocaching account. You will then transfer the smilies into an account we have created that will not be touched by the Government. In exchange you will be keeping 10% of the transferred smilies. Currently this amount would be 825 (Eight hundred twenty five). These smilies will be considered a gift from us for your generous help and so will not be taxed by your Government. This is the least we could do for your concern and help to us.
To take part in this risk-free transfer we must act quickly. You will need to contact me within the next 14 (fourteen) days with the following information. Go to the listed coordinates and leave this information in the container provided. Without this information I will not be able to provide you with the wealth of geocaching smilies that you so richly deserve. I will be checking it as often as possible.
