2007 Christmas Party
Christmas is almost here, and it's time to throw away your diets. What better way to prepare for the holiday feast than with pizza!!!
Where: CiCi's Pizza on Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch. (In the Smith's Shopping Center)
When: Saturday December 6th, 11:30AM
(The gift exchange will start at 12:45PM)
What: Pizza Duh!
(Cici's Is awsome, Buffet and Drink costs about 7.00)
Rules: Rules??? Rules??? There are Rules???
yes, if you plan on joining in on the gift exchange, there are a few simple rules to follow.
1. We are limiting the gift purchase price to 25 dollars. This is only a guide. It's cool if you buy something that cost $35, or if you buy something that cost $5. Doesn't matter, it's the thought that counts.
2. Wrap it, bag it, or just throw some foil over it, doesn't matter. But, do not put anyone's name on it..(even your own).
(Hold it...hold it... we are changing things up a little this year... While geocaching, we are always forced to decieve the regular folks, and in this case, we will decieve each other as well. In keeping with the theme, try to wrap, or box your gift up in something that will camoflauge what is really inside. EX: if you buy say a Candle, place it in a McDonalds bag, or, a box that once contained a real expensive computer part. Make people guess and drool over what is really inside!! use your imagination...or...just wrap it in christmas paper...doesn't matter :)
3. 1 gift per person (When you arrive, someone will be accepting the gifts and handing out a ticket for the exchange.
4. We will randomly choose the order of gift selection, when your number is called... you have the option of choosing a gift from the pile, or stealing someones gift from them. (causing them to choose another one)
5. Once a gift has been stolen 3 times, it's dead and no longer in play.
If you have ever been to a party where this has been done, it's hilarious. Usually, you have an awesome gift that everyone wants (people begging others not to take it), or you pick a silly gift and beg people to steal it....
If you plan on attending the event, please log it as will attend so I can give CiCi's an idea of how many people to expect.
PLEASE PLACE THIS CACHE ON YOUR WATCH LIST, as there may be a few additions to this year's party that are currently in the works.
