Valley of the Vampire Traditional Cache
ChinaTrekker: Time to retire this one. The years have taken their toll. Thanks to all who took the time to look for this and maybe get a little scare.

Cache is a pill bottle, tucked inside some camo that is in plain sight, total size about 15 x 8 inches (approximate). But beware of the vampire tapping you on the shoulder! You might think he's trying to bite your neck! It could be scary!
Closest parking is at N 33 10.800, W 087 30.594. Walk between the picnic pavilion and the playground to the edge of the tree line until you reach what look like mulch piles at N 33 10.785, W 087 30.530. This is where I entered the woods to start the descent into the valley.
DANGER! - If you enter the woods any farther south behind the small recreation building towards the large parking lot, you'll quickly encounter the edge of a cliff. All of a sudden, there just isn't any more ground! I DON'T RECOMMEND ATTEMPTING THIS AT NIGHT. DO NOT attempt to climb down the cliff - there is a much gentler way, but the slopes are still a little bit steep in some spots. I stepped in a couple of holes too. BE CAREFUL! If you bring small children, hold their hands.
You'll be pretty close to Hargrove Road when you are at the cache site, but I wouldn't park there - the road is narrow and has lots traffic!
Coordinates averaged over 10 minutes with a Garmin GPSmap 60cxs, but there was a lot of variation due to tree cover. If anybody comes up with better coords, please post them in your log. Thanks. There is a pen in the cache in case you forget yours.
