2/11/10 Many thanks to SassyDill for replacing the container for me. It is now a magnetic black key holder on the top of the lower horizontal bar behind the Big Horn Sheep info sign.
I didn't have a small plastic bag for the log to stay dry.
Parking area accessed from East Bound I-70 only.
I saw a huge herd of big horn sheep when I placed this.
If you get better coords, please post.
